We believe, more than ever, Africa has the opportunity to change its fortune towards a better positioned future for the next generation.

With the world’s youngest and fastest growing population - Africa is set to comprise 42% of the world’s global workforce by 2030.

The majority of this workforce will be employed via SME’s, which contribute 90% of jobs across the continent.

The problem is that these entrepreneurs lack access to the skills, resources, and network necessary to build sustainable businesses. And so, most fail - along with the potential for job creation.

We post weekly interviews on our YouTube channel, which recognises the spirit, resilience, and camaraderie that exist within the continent.
